We offer FREE domestic ground shipping on all orders above $50. Need your order ASAP? We offer faster UPS shipping options as well.
For international orders we offer DHL International Shipping. Shipping rates are calculated on the basis of destination and weight of package. You will receive an email with your package’s tracking number once your order has shipped from our studio. Please note that ReDunne is not responsible for the payment of duties and taxes imposed by the country where the order is delivered.
Loss & Insurance
Please be sure that the delivery address provided is both secure and correct. For orders over $500 we will automatically include insurance with your shipping. If your package is lost or stolen, we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible once your order is in transit.

Returns & Exchanges
Return & Exchange Policy
While we take personal pride and care in crafting each piece we know that sometimes things happen. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase and will work with you to do what we can to ensure you are happy with your jewelry.
Regular orders may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition/original packaging that you received it in.
To initiate a return or exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Credit for returns is the total price of merchandise, minus the return label shipping cost.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
How can I change or cancel my order?

We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order after it has left our premises. We pack and ship orders daily so cannot guarantee your requests can be made.
What if I receive the wrong product?

We'll happily fix your piece for you free of charge. Send an email to email@example.com to get started and let us know what needs fixing :).
While we take personal pride and care in crafting all our jewelry, we know that sometimes things happen. If something happens, all you need to do is contact us at (firstname.lastname@example.org) and ship your jewelry to our studio. In most cases, we’ll fix it for free.
Things we don’t cover include lost or stolen jewelry, and jewelry that has been clearly mishandled and poorly cared for.
Transactions are handled with bank-grade security.
