FAQ + Store Policies
While we take personal pride and care in crafting each piece we know that sometimes things happen. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase and will work with you to do what we can to ensure you are happy with your piece.
Regular orders may be exchanged within 7 days of the date you receive your order either for another piece of jewelry or for store credit.
Special orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. For example, this includes rings that are non-adjustable as they are made to order.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
